HAVE A GROUPON ISSUE?
Our Groupon codes are up and running.  Please insert your Groupon code (dashes and all) into the portion of checkout asking for an PO Number.  This will allow you to submit your order for processing without having to provide Credit Card information.  Your coupon is worth $20.00; you will be responsible for any charges above that.  Do NOT submit a credit card number via the checkout system or you will be charged full price.  

 

STEP BY STEP:

1) Choose your cookies and add to your basket
2) Go to your shopping basket 
3) Click “Checkout”
4) Choose “Checkout without creating an account”
5) Insert your personal and shipping information
6) Add your gift card message and any personal instructions then click “Next”
7) Choose your shipping (Groupon specials will ship USPS) then click “Next”
8) You will be on a screen that has the PO Number section. Type your Groupon code into this box. DO NOTinsert your CC info. Click “Process Order”

 

We can NOT refund the price of Groupon coupons; they were never charged through our systems.  In order to get all of our Groupon orders out on time, we reserve the right to change the tin ordered, if it is out of stock (new tins may take up to 3-4weeks to arrive).

 

A Sweet Reminder Policies:

1- A Sweet Reminder will NEVER sell or use any information you provide to us outside of normal operational bounds.  We will never distribute catalogues or mailings to the receipients of your gifts.

2- As we offer a food product, we cannot accept returns.  If you have a problem with an order, please let us know!  We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction and stand behind our products.  A Sweet Reminder will work to solve any issues you may have with an order and may extend company credit under certain circumstances.

3- We will try and accomodate any and all complaints stemming from our shipping carriers.  Please bring any shipping concerns to our attention immediately so we can address them with our carriers and bring closure to the issue.

4- We don't ship old cookies.  As such, we can only bake a certain amount of cookies each day and are not always able to fulfill all orders on a next day basis.  While we typically DO ship next day, during holidays or other periods of extreme order volume, orders may take up to 4-5 days or longer to process and ship out.  We apologize for this inconvenience, but we are proud of the cookies we offer and want you (or your friends to enjoy them).  That means we don't cut corners and bake our products fresh each day.
